Terms and Conditions

Vibenest operates Vouchbit. These terms cover the use of Vouchbit by people who send work for review and by clients who respond to a review. If you act for a business or a client, only take actions you have authority to take on their behalf.

Sending and reviewing work

When you send a request, identify the work and the revision you want reviewed. Check the recipient’s email address before sending. Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts, work and review links you’re authorized to access.

If you receive a review link, you can review the submitted work without creating an account. You may leave feedback, select Approve or select Request changes. Before choosing, check the revision and the name and email associated with your response. Respond only for yourself or for someone who has authorized you to do so.

Comments and revisions

Comments and replies attach to a submitted revision. General comments are available in reviews, and pins or marked areas are available for supported saved image and PDF revisions. Resolving a comment marks the discussion item as handled; it is separate from the final decision.

The client makes a separate decision by choosing Approve or Request changes for the revision under review. A new submission is a separate revision, and earlier submissions and decisions remain in the request’s history.

What an approval records

Vouchbit records the decision submitted for a particular revision. The record and its downloadable PDF can identify the reviewer name and email, decision time, submitted work and URL, version, available file name, type, size and SHA-256 hash, and available device user-agent, platform and accepted-language details. For an ordinary web link, the record identifies the submitted URL. The content at that URL may change later. If Vouchbit saves an image or PDF as a fixed revision for annotation, the saved file is the version being reviewed.

Because access is by link, a name or email shown on a record does not independently establish who used the link or their authority. Use your project agreement to set the scope of work, fees, ownership and what a client’s approval means. Vouchbit records the review decision. It does not provide legal advice or decide disputes between a freelancer and a client. A hash or timestamp is a record detail, not a guarantee that a record is immutable, legally effective or admissible in a legal proceeding.

Who can access a link

Anyone who receives a valid review link can open the review, see the work and comments available there, and use the review actions still open. Anyone with a valid record link can view the completed record and download its PDF. Forwarding a link gives the recipient that access. A downloaded copy can be kept or shared separately. Send links only to the people you intend to involve in the review.

Your work and permission to share it

You keep any rights you already have in the files, links and comments you submit. Uploading work to Vouchbit does not transfer ownership to Vibenest. When you submit material, you give Vibenest permission to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to deliver the review, send notifications, and generate and share the approval record you request. This includes using service providers for those purposes. Only submit material you have permission to use and share with people who can access the review. If a client or third party owns the work, their rights still apply.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate a reviewer, submit a decision without authority, distribute someone else’s confidential work without permission, upload malware, or try to access another person’s account or records without authorization. If you receive a review in error or believe someone has misused a link, email Vibenest at vibenestcustomerservice@gmail.com and identify the request without forwarding the link or attaching the client’s work.

Teams and invitations

A signed-in account owner can create a team and invite someone by email. The invitee must sign in or create an account and accept the invitation. Team roles are owner and member. A team does not share approval requests or client details created by another account with other team members.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan includes three approval requests per account during each UTC calendar month. Each newly created approval request counts. Submitting another revision to an existing request does not create a new request.

The Pro plan is a $15 USD/month subscription purchased through Stripe Checkout. Pro removes the monthly request limit and includes account access to client decision history and PDF exports.

Pro payments are non-refundable, including unused time after cancellation, except where a refund is required by law. For help with a charge or cancellation, email Vibenest at vibenestcustomerservice@gmail.com from the address used for your Vouchbit account. Include enough detail to identify the transaction and leave out card numbers and passwords. Any rights or remedies that the law gives you and that cannot be waived continue to apply.

Privacy and contact

Read our Privacy Policy for details about account information, uploaded work, review links, decisions and privacy requests. For questions about these terms, contact Vibenest at vibenestcustomerservice@gmail.com.
